What cables are you using? I had a ground noise and discovered it was caused by directional cables that were only grounded at one end, and these were expensive cables. You might try a different brand to see what happens. On the other end of the spectrum sometimes cheezy cables not being made well can allow ground noise.

Have you tried using other inputs to see if the same issue arises?
