Which one for ground loop hum?

I have ground loop problem in my A/V system. Which one should I use Mondial Magic or Tributaries ground guard (both are available
at AudioAdvisor for $100). I also found out
that Xantech makes a ground breaker for real cheap (around $10). Does anybody have any experience with this. I am also getting sub-par
cable picture (very grainy) and cable company tells me that I am getting good signal strength. When I metioned about audible hum
through my speakers (goes away when I disconnect cable) they had no freakin' clue what I was talking about. Please let me know your
thoughts on this.
