Actually, there are four prequels

I really enjoyed Rogue One which might be considered Episode 3 1/2 as its final scene leads directly to E4. I found some memorable characters (including a former Empire droid).
It also has a wonderful soundtrack especially in 96/24. The first track, "He's Here For Us" opens with a startle-the-crap-out-of you transient. :)
