'The Spy': 00Borat

Posted by Billy Wonka on September 12, 2019 at 20:13:10:

I was hesitant to watch this but stop seeing the Day-Glo mankini by the end of the second episode.

Cohen did a good dramatic turn as Eli Cohen who became one of Israel's most successful spies in the '60s. His story begins with recruitment and training then posing as a wealthy Syrian bon vivant who made it to a high level position of the new Baath government.

Noah Emmerich played a spymaster with a heart to great effect and Cohen and cast were all-aroiund excellent. Compelling and informative of the tradecraft of the "good old days".

NF stream.
