Female director takes this to a different place, with a focus on those who are usually in the exploited vs exploiter role. Starts out with the standard titillations and then goes to the dramatic elements;disempowered individuals seeking an out.
Yes they do harm, and yes they are punished (sort of). The story has an arc, and the visuals are there. Each will apply their own standards, but(IMO) the stars hold up pretty well indeed, if you don't require that actors be under 30.
