years we went there (my wife lived 7 years in Japan). It was good to see his sons work with him. He gets there (perhaps the sons do now) in the wee hours of the mornin' to start the noodles. When I visited Japan a few years ago, I never had better ramen. Different, sure, but not better quality. On a cold day, nothing is as warming. "Tampopo:" that film never gets old...
