Watched Sydney Lumet's The Offense a couple weeks ago...

thought I'd seen all his "great" films and all Connery's great films, and not top tier (which Lumet
defined with many of his films) but VERY worthy.
VERY British (filmed in Jolly Olde) for someone as American as Lumet.
Connery was FANTASTIC!!!!!
He was nothing less than solid in all his roles, and frequently brilliant - a great blend
of wit, strength, brains and brawn and charm. Period pieces or "Finding Forrester".
He was the best Bond, James Bond... and a whole lot more.
Rest in Peace and thanks for being one helluva movie star AND actor.
