'Dumblesnore': . . . Move along, Bub. . .

Posted by Billy Wonka on April 16, 2022 at 16:29:17:

A somewhat uninspired look at the pre-Potter days featuring Law and Mikkelson as the principals. All the "beasts" characters were back trying to prevent the Wizarding World from electing a Hitler in the form of Madds.

Not so much a spoiler . . . . . In the opening scene, Jude and Madds meet and briefly discuss the love they once had for each other when they were younger. It starts with "complicated" tones and then gets right down to the L-word. Yep, Dumble is OUT.

Redmayne mostly posed for lack of dialog which was rather pregnant in places. Young kids won't be too influenced by the opening scene as it fades to a suspicious theme.

If you are a parent you are expected to tow the young'uns. That's the only reason to go.
