This is a confusing film starring Marianne Faithfull as a woman whose grandson will die unless he can get expensive medical treatment and who takes a job as a "hostess" in a Soho sex club to pay the bills.
Whilst parts of the film are genuinely moving and parts are extremely funny, Faithfull walks through entire scenes (always in the same coat) as if told to studiously not look at the camera.
Characters seem to change personality and a couple just disappear.
