It's brilliant. The animation is based on the original drawings included with Dickens's 'A Christmas Carol'.

Chuck Jones, who did the animation for the Looney Toons does some of his best work here and the ghost of Jacob Marley is rendered in hair raising style...frightening as no 'toon has been before or since IMO.
