Saw it last night, here's my take:

-Ledger was incredible, stole the show. Everyone else was just there.
-Way too long. I agree 30 minutes could have easily been cut out.
-Plot was contrived and hard to follow at times.
-The whole "cell phone sonar" thing was stupid.
-Too many fast cuts during action scenes.
-They should have played up the Joker/Batman interaction a little more instead of focusing on the Harvey Dent storyline.
