Apparently you missed my post on Central...

...I didn't think it was appropriate for "Films" and since it had previously been discussed at Central....anyway...

Ok, I confess, I rented it...

...Zombie Strippers.

But hey, I didn't mean to. I went in to rent a movie for my wife and I to watch Saturday night. The two I had in mind, Step Brothers and Wanted, were already gone.

And here was this one on the bottom shelf looking up winking at me.

So I carried to the counter and got in line behind a couple of women.

They got up to the checkout counter and were discussing the plot of Zombie Strippers with the spikey-haired checker, and laughing.

I said, wait, don't spoil any of the plot details.

They said, you aren't really going to rent that are you? I held it up to show them and they just went out the door laughing.

The spikey-haired checker said she watched it with her roomamates and was surprised how bloody and gory it was.

When I got back into the car, my wife was appalled, but not surprised. She decided to read the newspaper.

So here's my review, BWK - there are a few chuckles during the first third of the movie, but then it gets pretty boring from there.

If your idea of a good time is to watch Jenna Jameson and a few others pole dance topless, and then again in zombie make-up, this is the movie for you!

I turned it off at 11PM when the news came on and missed the ending.
