Hugh Grant in most anything...his hair is very talented.
Russell Crowe in The Quick and The Dead - chin length locks with great body and movement - bee-yu-tee-ful!
Johnny Depp has fabulous hair, and sometimes it's even his own: Edward Scissorhands, Willy Wonka, Sweeny Todd, Dead Man, Benny & Joon, What's Eating Gilbert Grape...the man's hair is should get a best supporting nom.
Rufus Sewell's Italian Renaissance locks in Dangerous Beauty - dark...curly...mmmmmm yummy.
I do like those sword and sandals short comb-forwards though, Kirk's in Spartacus was sexy, Richard Burton's in The Robe, among many others through the ages, including James Purefoy's in "Rome" was even sexier...the hair on top of his *head* I mean...and speaking of Rome, Kevin McKidd's 19th century do in Topsy Turvy was strangely arresting.
Worst hair - my vote goes to Harrison Ford's prison cut in Presumed Innocnet - what the heck were they thinking?! Han Solo wouldn't have had this haricut without a fight.
