The Long Firm

Posted by dave c on March 7, 2009 at 05:17:25:

This is a 4 hour long episode depiction of a gangster firm in London through the 60s.
It's feel for the era is precise and it sits alongside most crim-pics as Performance does to swinging London flicks.
The cast is spot on, the whole thing... well one review here said if you like Underbelly you should REALLY see this.
Each episode is told from the point of view of a different person drawn into the world of Harry Starks the central character.
Produced by the BBC it is taken from the novel of the same name by Jake Arnott.
A MUST SEE.
