the latter I am afraid. How can a movie with so much money thrown at it be so utterly boring? Some decent images not much more, music is OK. Clive Owen and Naomi Watts give wooden performances, Armin Mhueller Stall is in it but it does not matter.

How did Hitchcock make us hang on every word and this just makes you want to nap?

Save your money and time do not watch...
