The real problem ...

Alien abduction is a complete non-starter as a story line, esp. the way
it is portrayed in movies such as this. And why would any alien race
able to abduct us then return us? And don't you think that if earth
were visited by aliens that we would know it? Independence Day might have
been a dopey movie, but the scenarios portrayed therein are far more
believable and likely that any alien abduction scenario I've ever
heard of.
