A small German film, almost more a TV one than one of the big screen.
But one you should also see.
It is about Mrs. Knef , so you don“t knows her?
You should.
She stand always in the shadow of glamorous ( more ) Dietrich.
Outstanding was her voice, as she had none, but her singing is some kind of wonderful.
I will buy an old LP of her after finishing those words.

Ach the film? The interpret, Heicke Makatsch, does a good job, save her singing which at first glance seems ok but nil compared to the original.
Not really good save the last scene, which is outstanding. After the death of Eric Pommer.

Go get that one you will make your horizon a little bigger & wider.
