Satan: Columbia's Best Film for 2007 . . .

Posted by mr grits on December 2, 2009 at 22:17:48:

This ensemble film shows the lives of a priest in love with a church housekeeper, an English professor who has a serious crush on his student, and a young attractive woman who preys on wealthy men she meets in the local bars.

These stories grow larger and darker with evil intent as if Satan himself were directing all those involved. These stories all lead up to a true event called the Pozzetto Massacre in which 23 people were shot to death by a gunman.

Well done and compelling. Worth a see.
