Ummm, Avatar is a very good movie, not a great film, and artistic without pretentious Grey Poupon art-house flourishes.

Of course, Cameron's film may still be over the heads of folks from Bugtussle, Mississippi, but don't you think that Hollywood dumbs down enough movies already for folks in your neck of the woods (the Transformers franchise is just one example that comes to mind)???
