This 1931 Jackie Cooper film recently became available for Netflix instant play. I've had a soft spot for it since seeing it on TV as a kid, and after a few years in my 'saved' queue I had given up hope.

A google on "Skippy" turns up some interesting history of the enormously popular comic strip that inspired the movie, and a legal battle over copyright infringement by the peanut butter of the same name that is still not settled. The DVD is apparently still unavailable, probably tied up in legalities.
