Just watched "In The Loop" for the first time. If you haven't seen it you must do so immediately

It's the most utterly savage and sharp portrayal of government I've ever seen.

I know it's a satire, but I've actually been in government committees (I work for the Gubmint) where the exact same things were said. For example, when I heard the line "minutes don't reflect what happened, but what should have happened", I nearly fell off the couch with laughter. Been there, done that, got the steak knives. Only someone with inside knowledge of the government could have come up with half the scenarios in this movie.

I watched the Blu-Ray version. The PQ is not the best I've ever seen, but it's passable.

Apologies if this post doesn't make sense, but I'm totally pissed (in the English sense of the word) at the moment.
