Mostly, but the Star Trek prequel was better than most of the original movies...

though I just realized that's NOT saying much.

Prequels done right (or, the opposite of how George Lucas does them)
open up the imagination and story structure considerably.

The Grieger/Scott combo sounds solid for the project
plus they don't have to figure out some way to utilize
Sigourney Weaver!
