I never cared much for any of his films, with a possible soft exception of Carlito's Way. Then why mention him now? Well, Netflix had his Femme Fatale in streaming, so I looked.

I have to say I was disappointed even given my less than enthusiastic opinion of his work in general. His trademark music started being utterly irritating and oh-so-reminiscent of Body Double after just a few minutes, and watching it quickly became a chore. I mostly watched it for European scenery.
