LARGE emotions writ LARGER than life. This is quite the opposite of "realism." The European/Russian style could be summarized, "less is more."
It's the Corvette vs E-type.
Muscle car vs Lotus.
Lincoln vs Mercedes.
Las Vegas vs Paris (!).
