Perhaps it's when you're watching hits during prime evening time? I have had no problems during the evening

with my usual "arty" fare.
God help me, last night I wanted to see a bit of "Natural Born Killers," having read something earlier about the FX. Plenty of problems with interrupted service, low bars. This has only happened a few other times. Do you have super fast speed from your provider? We have the intermediate and it's fine, just a few seconds loading for all films, so far.
