Yes, went to Vegas with the wife and saw the film there. It actually built up a nice moral dilemma and an unexpected possible resolution. The actual ending and resolution was, I guess, demanded by the genre, but it could have had a classic ending full of angst, like, dare I speak the classic, Casablanca.
