Perfect video game generation fodder

Posted by Victor Khomenko on August 25, 2011 at 07:09:12:

Today the word "action" is nearly synonymous with "total idiocy". Good action film should move slowly and then hit you hard. But video game crowd wants constant motion, and since it is them, not you or me, who pays to see that crap, this is what we all get.

The real question is - do we even care? There is whole group of genre films what I don't care about and don't watch. Modern days action is one of them. One more... one less... no big deal. It is not like British theater suddenly closed! More like one junkie cheated the other one to twenty bucks.
