but White Ribbon is a classic and VERY unlike the other two. The children, the austere father, the love story.... a classic film and as good as any film these past five years. The Noe film also is very unlike anything he's previously done, or anyone has. It really is novel filmmaking. You at least should watch it for 15 minutes if for no other reason than to see the novel technique. Did I mention there is an extremely sexy actress on display???
