It's a masterpiece...watch it again

Musical retelling of Homer's Odyssey infused into a tale of salvation in the deep south. The cinematography is actually one of Roger Deakin's finest hours. Every frame looks like it could be in a museum. The sepia-like treatment was done in post-production but until you've seen it on Blu-ray, you ain't seen it right. The 1080p is indeed MUCH improved. It's not subtle.

As for Coens' worst--the award goes to A Serious Man, which sucked. Ladykillers, Hudsucker Proxy, Man Who Wasn't There, Blood Simple, Raising Arizona and Miller's Crossing were all significantly worse than O Brother.
