A list of movies wherein Hollywood 'endorses' abortion is far smaller than the number that are pro-life.

How many movies can you name that 'promote' abortion or show it not having a significant impact on the people involved?

Perhaps Vera Drake or Cider House Rules could be labeled "pro choice," but the overwhelming majority of films treat abortion as a very "negative" event.

Hell, even the teen horror genre is tough - if you see two teens having sex, you know who the serial killers is gunning for next!
