Devil's Double - Uday Hussein's double

Young Iraqi Lt. Latif was picked to pose as a double for the insanely evil Saddam's son Uday. Latif is totally opposite of Uday, although they could pass as the identical twins (the same actor plays both) After years of first hand witnessing sadistic Uday crimes, he stops worrying about his own safety...

It's very good movie (Not as good as Carlos, but close...) and it's based on the true story...
