Getting high on Breaking Bad?

Posted by Victor Khomenko on August 16, 2012 at 11:10:07:

A few weeks ago I watched the pilot, and my reaction was quite negative - I was irritated, to be frank.

So I forgot about it for weeks... when I decided to watch the second episode... just to kill time.

To cut to the chase - the second lead to the third, and not I feel I am becoming addicted. I hate it - as there are still 36 episodes to watch!

After the pilot, the show managed to get on firmer footing - I presume the idea behind it was to catch as many TV addicts as possible - from a particular group I don't belong to. But as it goes, it is getting more interesting, and I just hope it will continue to do so.

I already find some performances outstanding, particularly those of Anna Gunn and Aaron Paul. At this point I can't imagine how they can develop this story into dozens of episodes, which makes it so much more intriguing.
