Scandinavians, Danish in this case.
Over the top, anything goes, try to out-gross American contemporary "humor."
It does, in that it has what NO American producer would allow: the repeated explicit portrayal of child genitalia.
Again, not funny, unless attempts to be as gross as possible correlate with you to humor.
