I watched Argo last night

I remembered "The Canadian Caper" from that era, yet I was unaware of most of the details provided in the movie. Apparently Canada's part in the rescue was downplayed in the movie but I believe since this was based on the memoirs of the American CIA agent it wasn't an intentional oversight. Still, the viewer never loses sight of the Canadian Ambassador's key role from beginning to end. The only thing left out was his escape from Iran, which was puzzling to say the least....
