Mild spoilage: I saw this movie last night. I'll be seeking professional counseling tomorrow.

Heed the words, brothers. This one will have you stuck looking for the proper emotional response. You'll need a psychological Heimlich.

"Ideology", with Luke Wilson, about an extremely average, not too bright guy, sent 5 centuries into the future, where it turns out he's suddenly the brightest guy in what has become humanity. The messages are clear about what happens to us if we stay onto the same trends we are today. Some of the outcomes are funny.

Overall, a horrible movie with some clever moments, but get this -- I was suckered when the movie quit for commercial breaks. I thought the film was still rolling. Such is the flavor of this one. The mindless, insipid, dorky, loud, abrasive and stoopid commercials seemed part of the script. Not sure what value judgement I'm to make of myself for that. I'll be needing a good bartender.
