RE: Netflix/Mozilla Blues

Posted by mark.korda@myfairpoint.net on October 4, 2013 at 16:12:49:

Hi, my freind came up with the answer. No one at Netflix could do it. I'm running Windows 8. If you download Silverlight, which I had to to use to see Netflix on Mozilla do not download the latest version (Surface64).The one that I downloaded was (5.1 20513),the one with 32 bits or what ever,NOT the newer 64 version. Netflix came on after a quick down loading taking about 1 minute vs. the 3 hour learning curve of frustration I went thru with the newest version. If this helps even 1 person it was worth me writing back to my own question.Sorry for taking up peoples time, sincerely...Mark Korda
