I was surprised how much I liked it. This one spends more time creating Robocop and has a more human side

The spirit of the bad guys is more like the original.

Frankly I expected more violence (based on the franchise) but there still is plenty.

I wonder why there are so many negative reviews.

If this is your sort of thing by all means go see it.
