That "Tingler" description you refer to sounds similar to the "Terror in Teakwood" episode on the Boris Karloff "Thriller" series, wherein a jealous pianist steals his dead rival's hands (and fits them over his own hands - like gloves!) in order to play his rival's "unplayable" sonata. Unfortunately, the stolen hands have a mind of their own, and they too start crawling by themselves along the floor before inflicting their retribution! Another thing that I love about this episode is that it invokes and relishes all the clich�s of classical music.
