...that seemed to me to be the perfect use for his skills. He didn't have to stretch to play a sardonic quipster. He had charm and you didn't need to see inside him. He wasn't the center of the movie, but he did kind of play the muse, or greek chorus. Too much Murray in a film kind of depresses me. I remember "Razor's Edge" as a turning point in his trajectory to whether he would be a great actor or great star. I don't think he's either. But he's no slouch. I see him as a great 2nd banana. Like Hope to Crosby. Just my windy opinion.
