Yes. One of the great ones. Period pieces tend to age much better than other movies from the same era. It's only when you start to closely examine the direction and editing that they begin to show their age. Some never do.
But that reminds me: I need to watch the 1955 "We're No Angels" this holiday season. With the incomparable trio of Humphrey Bogart, Peter Ustinov and Aldo Ray. Thanks!
