Spinoff, AMC, Aug. 23, same story but set in L.A. and we get to see the beginning of the Zombie Apocalypse

and we get to see Kim Dickens (Joanie the madam of Deadwood fame), usually a good thing. I hope she has the acting chops to handle a dramatic lead in a horror series.
