A most illogical movie

Posted by Bill the K on October 20, 2015 at 07:07:15:

The Town made me sick. Ben Afleck should not write and direct and all. He glorifies working class bank robbers from one particular town famous for breeding bank robbers. They can shoot down any number of police officers but they evade incoming bullets. The FBI guy knows who the robbers are but does nothing but excitedly watches the next robbery. The robbers have tattoos which the Bank Manager noticed but she fell in love withe the chief robber and hence did not tell the FBI of the tattoo. In the end the chief escapes to Florida but does a Shawshank by burying cash for the girlfriend to find while gardening and digging. The first girlfriend gets nothing. The little daughter is taken away by the Social Worker.

Sorry to have tortured you if you have seen this already. Needless to say the Oscar guys nominated the supporting robber for an award.
