Kull the Conqueror, 1997, Kevin Sorbo, Tia Carrere. One of the greats.

Super schlock from the days of infinite fantasy barbarism, like Conan. Same mold. Acting, settings, story, all pretty bad, but knowing that going in relieves the critical burden. Just watch, enjoy the lower grade, a comedy really, and have fun with it.
Sorbo of course, was known for his tv series Hercules, also in this same mold. A handsome, likable bloke, he was on a roll with his acting career until he suffered a series of strokes from a blown aneurysm in his shoulder. Happened shortly after he made this film. He finished up the Hercules series, was seen less in the episodes after the event, then walked away to heal. They hid his debilitations and limited his time on camera. He pretty much stayed gone after the series was terminated. The strokes whipped him pretty bad. He wrote a book, "true Strength" in 2011 about the ordeal.
If nothing else, this is worth seeing just to look at Tia Carrere, one of the most beautiful women in the game. I'm just a letch, but she is worth the free price of this viewing, seen on Movieplex.
