Dr. Ruining is an exceeding well-known psychiatrist who was urged to take a late patient by one of his mentors. The lady, Ren Xiaoyan, has been unsuccessfully treated by several notables and Dr. Ruining's techniques may be just what the "doctored ordered".

Thus begins a well-scripted game of cat and mouse between an unwilling patient and a narcissistic shrink who refuses to let go. There are twists and turns with a surprise ending. NF.
