That's not a countdown to announcements. That's when Pioneer releases its non-Elite models in the new lineup

nothing to sneeze at. All these models are supposed to break new ground in black level, power consumption and contrast ratio. All of which were traditionally problematic for plasmas. The advances are not trivial according to those who have seen the prototypes.
