don't know, I bought a player with no discs. I believe I left the store

without the five movies free offer. I just had it lock me out for the first time. Nothing worked, with a standard DVD in it (Roger Waters Live) no remote, no panel controls, just "DVD" on the LED display. Unplug and start over!
