Dimond HDTV100 USB Tuner

Posted by marco916 on August 20, 2007 at 09:43:56:

Has anybody purchased the HDTV100 USB stick from Diamond Multimedia, seems to work great pulling in analog and digital signals, but was wondering if the connection where the antenna plugs into gets super duper hot, at times little too hot, I let it run for few hours more, seem to cool down, but seems to run warm to hot. Is it normal to run this hot, I couldn't find anything on the web or at the Diamond’s website.

On a separate note, I couldn't believe how clear HDTV signals were over the air compared to regular TV cable, even through PC VGA connection was clear. I'm glad I turned off my Cable.
