Generally speaking, if you've got an HDMI connection on the TV, you've got support for HDCP.
HDCP is copy protection for HDMI connections, and it's use is optional and controlled by the source material. IIRC, neither Blu-Ray or HD DVD movies actually utilize it at this time, but strangely enough, these fancy new resolution-enhancing standard DVD players generally do.
