Actually, they have already been discontinued on both HD-DVD and Blu-Ray because of a "content issue." Some people are speculating, but on Moby Dick in TrueHD there are 2 spots where the sound drops out for a few seconds. I ordered mine, from a place that has it in stock, and I should get it next week just to make sure I get it incase it is not re-released. If you want a copy go to buy.com. They still have some in Blu not sure about HD-DVD.
