Can you adjust the picture from the menu?

Also, It took no fewer than 3 LCD sets till I found one that got it all together for picture sharpness and color (after adjustments).
(For me, quality control goes beyond factory measured "specification", but actual product performance under conditions of use.)
Providing your signal is clean, if the device doesn't look right and can't be adjusted it probably isn't good - bring it back.
